Ebonny Mills Is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is certified as a Master Addictions Counselor in the state of Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga, then received a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta, GA.
Ebonny has over 12 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with various life or mental disruptions or past traumas. She has gained experience at various types of agencies such as an adolescent residential substance abuse treatment center, community services boards, and private practice settings.
At TTCS, Ebonny provides individual and group therapy for individuals with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, schizophrenia, and substance abuse disorders. She uses various therapeutic approaches to assist individual needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and other approaches as needed.
Ebonny’s goal is to help individuals explore and make connections regarding their deep-rooted core beliefs, challenge unproductive thinking patterns, and develop interventions that promote personal insight and a growth mindset; her desire is to assist individuals with becoming the best version of themselves. When not at work, Ebonny enjoys spending time with her husband and having family get-togethers, traveling, learning new things, and is currently enjoying a new hobby of collecting scented candles.
