Works with individuals with various diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, schizophrenia, and substance abuse disorders. Ebonny uses various therapeutic approaches such as; cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and other approaches based on the client’s needs.

Works with individuals dealing with anxiety and stress management, depression, relationship issues, HIV education and prevention, adjustment to grief and loss, life transitions, divorce adjustment, and single-parenting. Natoya has received specialized and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Works with individuals diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, Schizoaffective disorder, Paranoid schizophrenia, Post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, and depression. The approach used with her clients is eclectic and holistic. Techniques are taken and utilized from Behavior therapy, Existential therapy, and Humanistic therapy, creating the approach to meet the individual’s treatment needs.
